IIIT East and Southeast Asia Coordination Meeting was
organized from January 28 to February 2, 2015 at Zon on the Park Hotel, Kuala
Lumpur. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Omar H. Kasule and
representatives from Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Cambodia, Thailand,
Indonesia and Malaysia. A representative from Bangladesh was also invited as
observer. The meeting aimed to coordinate activities and programs in the region
for 2015. Representatives also reported their activities in the past years and
shared issues of common concerns.
