In conjunction with the International Islamic Studies
Conference, Dato Wira Dr. Jamil Osman and a delegation from IIIT East and SEA
paid a courtesy visit to Fatoni University, Pattani, Thailand. The delegation
was welcome by the Founder-Rector and senior officers of the University.
Various issues were discussed and both institutions agreed to collaborate in
writing textbooks, students and academic staff exchange programs. MOU was
signed between both institutions which include a broad agreement for
cooperation in academic activities especially on textbook writing projects.
Further visits and meetings were planned in the near future.
