IIIT visited SEGi University, Kuala Lumpur to strengthen
ties for future collaboration. The IIIT delegation was received by Prof.
Muhammad Awang, Vice Chancellor, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Firdaus Low, Dean, School of
Communication and other top management of the University. Among the issues
being discussed include:
i. Propose
short and long-term cooperation between SEGi and IIIT.
ii. Propose
signing of MOU and one-day workshop in August/September.
iii. Propose
exchange of visiting scholars.
iv. Propose
linking of networks in the region.
